Exchange Policy for AhlaShape

At AhlaShape, your satisfaction is paramount to us. While we don't process refunds, we believe in ensuring you get the right product that meets your needs. Thus, we are pleased to offer exchanges within a 48-hour period from the date you received your item.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

• We accept exchanges for shapewear, provided the hygienic strip remains intact.
• Other apparel items are also eligible for exchanges.

Receiving & Processing: Once we have the returned item(s) in our possession, we will initiate the exchange process and dispatch your chosen replacement item(s).

Terms and Conditions:

• We hold the right to decline exchange requests for products that show signs of wear, have been washed, or are modified in any way.
• All returns must be in their original state, with all tags and packaging intact, and should be in a sellable condition.
• Shapewear items will only be accepted if the hygienic strip remains untouched.
